Top 5 Consumer Finance Apps on Android in Spain Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the top consumer finance applications on the Android platform in Spain showed varying trends in downloads and active user engagement. This report, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides an overview of these trends, highlighting the performance of each app.

BBVA Spain | Online Banking demonstrated a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting with 19.5K in early July and reaching approximately 25.7K by the end of September. Active users fluctuated but ended the quarter on a positive note, increasing from 2.4M to 2.5M.

CaixaBankNow experienced a notable rise in downloads, particularly towards the end of the quarter, where weekly downloads peaked at around 26.6K. The app also maintained a strong active user base, closing the quarter with nearly 2.9M users.

The app imagin: More than mobile bank exhibited a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 15.7K to 21.9K weekly. Active users saw a consistent increase, ending the quarter with 1.4M, up from 1.3M at the beginning.

Tricount - Split group bills saw its download numbers peak in early August at over 23K, followed by a decline to 10.9K by September end. This app's active user base showed a similar pattern, initially increasing but then dropping to 46.6K.

Lastly, Santander witnessed a positive trend in downloads, growing from 21K to 24.1K weekly by the quarter's conclusion. Active users also increased, reaching nearly 1.2M by the end of September.
